To be eligible for a return, your stationery or craft supply items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
